Short Description: In this task, students will take a quiz to understand how they have set up safety in the online space. At the end they will be given small recommendations due to the way they answered.

Theory:

The task is conceived in the form of a quiz where students answer YES X NO questions and for this reason it is recommended to be completed individually. Each person answers for himself/herself, as everyone has different social media safety settings, followed by a group discussion.

Each question also encourages discussion as everyone has different privacy settings and shares different posts. The guide asks questions that require students to think about whether they are safe on social media.

There is an opportunity to try an activity where you as a class work together to create a profile on a social network (instagram, fb, tiktok, etc.) where you work together to set safe rules for sharing, communicating, etc.
