The task aims to make students think about what they are watching and not just be consumers of videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Theory:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended to work with the task first in an individual way, with each pupil solving it on their own device, followed by a group discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next form is group, where they decide together whether the situation described can be answered YES or NO. Each question also invites discussion, as it has a different impression on each viewer. It can always be followed up with a short discussion of why it has that effect on the pupils. For example, &#8220;Why do you think the video is intended to shock? What shocked you about it?&#8221; Pupils argue and those who answer &#8220;NO&#8221; counter-argue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this exercise, students will learn about how video influences different responders, viewers. The aim of the task is to make pupils think about what they are watching and not just to find various other Youtubers&#8217; challenges, play them to pupils and discuss them, look for features of manipulation, etc. Or discuss directly the Youtube patterns of who the pupils are watching and analyse specifically the ones they really know.
