It serves as an introductory activity to the topic. It is rather intuitive in nature, with students subjectively judging how particular headlines\/photos affect them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only on the basis of the following tasks do they try out ways of verifying the information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Theory:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The task can be worked with individually, with each pupil solving on his\/her own device, followed by a group discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another form is group work, where they decide together whether it is a &#8220;fake&#8221; or the truth, and for each one a discussion with argumentation can be developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The follow-up activity is group work and searching for similar articles on the Internet or in printed periodicals. If the teacher decides to work with printed newspapers, it is recommended to prepare both the variants article = fake news and article = reality. This can be followed up with a discussion of which periodicals the article comes from and a division into serious and tabloid media, for which there is a separate assignment on the web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of online search work, set out with your pupils in advance the criteria they will use to search for articles so that they have a guide to the amount of news that is on the internet. For example, specify the types of media or directly provide a list of sites, specify that photos should\/should not be included, keywords to be included in the article, etc. This additional activity can be done as independent work, in pairs or in groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodology to download Exercise name: True or false?
